Melissa has more than 15 years experience as a property lawyer and enjoys a broad based property practice incorporating all aspects of property conveyancing, commercial leasing and multi title developments.  She also advises banks and finance companies in relation to mortgagee sale transactions.  She has a strong private client practice and advises these clients in relation to their personal and business affairs, including all aspects of trust structuring and asset planning.

Melissa joined Martelli McKegg Lawyers in 2006 and became a partner in 2007.  Prior to that she spent four years in the UK where she qualified as a solicitor and worked in the London office of an international law firm.  Originally from Dunedin, Melissa graduated from the University of Otago and was previously a partner in a large South Island law firm.
